Beaver County is a county located in the U.S. state of Utah. As of 2000 the population was 6,005, a 26% increase over the 1990 figure of 4,765. By 2005 the population was estimated at 6,204. It was named for the abundance of beavers in the area. Its county seat and largest city is Beaver.
